There are moments when you don't just see, but feel – when movement becomes rhythm and colour becomes sound. „Sound lines“ is such a moment – captured in an image that doesn't describe, but resonates. Created on the Japanese pilgrimage trail, amidst the deep tranquility of a bamboo forest, this artwork invites you to surrender to the flow of the moment.
The diagonal lines – sometimes in bright yellow, sometimes in deep blue and grey tones – create a rhythm reminiscent of music: a rise and fall, an interplay of harmony and tension. The bright yellow brings warmth and energy, while the cool blue and grey tones create depth and expanse. A movement emerges that is not restless, but flowing – like a melody that carries.
Do you believe that true aliveness can arise without surrendering to the rhythm of the moment?
„Sound lines“ reminds you that sound and silence, light and shadow, activity and serenity are not opposites, but complement each other. It is art for people seeking inspiration without being carried away - who appreciate the feeling of movement without losing their calm.
„Sound lines“ is part of the series „Between Light and Silence“ – a photographic meditation, created on the Japanese pilgrimage route. The series transforms movement, sound, and light into visual compositions that touch you beyond language and time. It invites you to understand yourself as part of a larger rhythm – connected to nature, to the moment, to your own inner attitude.
While the series as a whole explores the contrast between order and transience, it embodies „Sound lines“ the Resonant essence the subject: movement and balance at once. In the bamboo forest, it wasn't the silence that touched me, but the subtle rustling, the creaking, the whisper of the stalks in the wind. This work captures precisely this quality: a sound that isn't loud, but present – movement that isn't frantic, but alive.
The series „Between Light and Silence“ is an invitation not only to see but to feel the silent presence of nature. „Sound lines“ Within this journey, the image forms a dynamic highlight – a place where you can experience liveliness without losing your bearings.
Do you think true inspiration can arise without opening yourself up to change?
My intention in creating „Sound lines“ It was about creating a visual space where you not only see movement, but feel it. On the pilgrimage, amidst the bamboo forests, I felt the wind brushing through the stalks, creating a sound that was both calming and invigorating. This work is my attempt to make that experience visible – not as a likeness, but as a resonance.
I want you to pause. To feel your gaze open and the space around you take on a different quality – a quality of aliveness, of lightness, and at the same time, clarity.
Perhaps you're looking for exactly this: a place of inspiration that doesn't overwhelm. An atmosphere of movement that doesn't make you restless. A visual anchor that revitalises you without distracting you. People who bring art into their lives often seek more than just beautiful images – they seek presence. They seek spaces that help them feel alive. They seek moments that don't pass but linger.
„Sound lines“ is such a work. It transforms the space in which it hangs. It opens up spaces for creativity, for exchange, for the conscious experience of the moment. It connects you with an attitude that goes deeper than mere seeing: with openness, with rhythm, with the experience of vitality that is not restless, but carried.
A work of art like „Sound lines“ changes not only the look of a room – it changes its Energy. It creates atmosphere, brings movement and opens perception. Depending on where you place it, it unfolds different effects – always with the same inner quality: vibrancy, clarity and rhythm.
Here the moment is allowed to resonate.
